The process of design starts with listening to our clients in order to understand the project idea, as well as their specific needs and aspirations. Emphasis is laid on complete understanding of the client’s brief and the development of program requirements by series of discussions, reviews, case studies, visits and finally by probing and always asking the right questions.

One of the main reasons for our success is that great emphasis is laid on timelines and schedules of the project, which in any case become the forerunners of planning resources and deliverables. It is ensured that dedicated teams on projects are in place from the onset and that time schedules are in conjunction with the project course. In all commissions, a Project Architect is made directly responsible to the client and he is actively involved in the project right from its initial design inception till its complete occupation.

Hence we actively evaluate planning, functions, details and materials in the studio and interact with the clients to ensure that the concept is well imbibed in the project structure. We have rigorous checks on quality of all documents issued in order to ensure so that all technical, legal and program requirements are strictly adhered to. We research and reevaluate to bridge any divide between the estimate and project budget, while at the same time not compromising on the intent of the concept. Our designs are specified in detail to generate an accurate estimation for the project prior to any construction.

We constantly innovate the usage of materials with detailed understanding of functionality, cost and application. As a practice we strive to create new experiences with materials in designs, textures, details and application, since we believe that materials must showcase qualities that refine the project experience.It is also ensured that new ideas are well researched, tested and experimented in models for large scale application in projects.

It is important that complete, relevant and detailed information is made available to the various agencies before the project stage for adequate planning, evaluation and delivery. Our documents therefore integrate various inputs into a complete package for singular work direction at each of our sites.
